
Donovan Dooley
Founder, CEO, and Board President
Donovan Dooley is a media professional who has spent years producing content for entities such as ESPN, CBS News, G/O Media, and Urban One. In 2017, he also started his own publication, TrueBulll.com, where he allowed student journalists to gain experience producing work for a national platform. Dooley, a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, founded the Dooley Foundation in 2021 as an avenue to help provide opportunities to young professionals of marginalized communities who are seeking the chance to accomplish something spectacular.

Morgan Harris
Board Secretary
Morgan Harris graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2020 and earned her Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis as a Full GEM Fellow. Her research focused on designing a functional hand exoskeleton that assists motor-impaired patients in completing common hand grasps used in activities of daily living. Harris will soon obtain her final degree in prosthetics and orthotics with the intention of becoming a certified prosthetist/orthotist. Her goal is to start her own prosthetics business where she helps those with physical disabilities return to a better quality of life. Harris looks forward to working with The Dooley Foundation to assist in eliminating the racial wealth gap and developing opportunities to uplift marginalized communities.

Jarren Smith
Board Treasurer
Jarren Smith graduated from Florida A&M University earning his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Smith is currently a public relations professional with experience as a travel and commerce publicist. He works as an Account Coordinator for The Zimmerman Agency in Tallahassee, FL. Smith looks forward to contributing to the foundation because he is adamant about uplifting those who are marginalized and making the playing field even for future generations.
